Ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine is delivered through an integrated model of “theoretical teaching plus practical teaching”. It systematically covers basic theories including the brief history of TCM ophthalmology, ocular anatomy and physiology, the relationships between the eyes and zangfu organs as well as meridians and collaterals, etiology and pathogenesis, and an overview of diagnosis and treatment.

Adhering to the teaching philosophy of “inheriting antiquity while exploring modern advances”, the course imparts classic TCM ophthalmological theories and actively integrates modern ophthalmic examination techniques and experimental teaching. It is committed to cultivating ophthalmology professionals with TCMcultural confidence, innovative spirit and an international vision.
