The "University Student Employment Guidance" course focuses on cultivating professionals with the spirit of Lei Feng, horizontally integrating education in career planning, labor education, professional knowledge, innovative thinking, and mental health, with a deep incorporation of ideological and political elements; vertically, it integrates all stages of employment guidance while addressing both national and local needs.
The course is structured around Typical Work Tasks, divided into six major modules comprising 41 subtasks, covering the entire employment process including seizing employment opportunities, preparing job application materials, mastering job application practices, adjusting employment psychology, safeguarding employment rights, and entering the workplace. The word “ye (业)” represents "employment," and the world “ya (涯)” represents "career," signifying that the course focuses on the growth of "Xiaoye" and "Xiaoya," symbolizing success in both employment and career development. Each module adopts the format of a "Xiaoye’s Diary," documenting students’ reflections, experiences, and growth throughout the employment preparation process. Each subtask includes "Xiaoya’s Questions" and "Xiaoya’s Insights," guiding students to engage in proactive learning and self-reflection, helping university students smoothly launch their professional careers, enhance their employment competitiveness, and lay a solid foundation for their future development.
