The module emphasizes clarifying personal career objectives, understanding what students want to achieve in their first nursing position, and determining the most suitable area of healthcare based on individual interests, strengths, and aspirations.   • Interview Preparation and Process
    • This module prepares students to navigate the job search and interview process successfully in healthcare settings. Students will learn comprehensive strategies for job preparation, including crafting healthcare-specific resumes that highlight relevant clinical experiences and competencies. The module covers networking as a critical interviewing tool, thorough interview preparation techniques, and understanding healthcare recruiters' priorities.
