《BT商业与技术(ACCA)》是ACCA资格体系中的基础核心课程,是整个考试体系的第一门课程,旨在系统构建学生的商业知识框架。课程内容紧密围绕六大模块展开:首先,从“商业组织与利益相关者”入手,奠定对企业形态与内外部关联群体的基础认知。紧接着,深入剖析“商业环境”,涵盖宏观与微观经济因素、PEST分析及政府干预,理解外部力量如何塑造企业运营。第三部分聚焦“组织架构、战略与文化”,详解从非正式组织、结构设计、战略层级到组织文化及委员会运作的内部机制。课程继而转向至关重要的“治理、控制与舞弊”模块,系统阐述公司治理原则、内部控制体系、审计职能以及欺诈的识别与防范。然后,人力资源管理,包括领导与管理、个人与团队、激励个人与团队、培训与发展,业绩评价。最后,“职业道德与个人效能”模块则将知识升华,培养学生的职业价值观、社会责任及关键职场技能。本课程通过理论与案例相结合的方式,为学生后续的专业深造及未来职业生涯奠定坚实的综合商科素养基础。该课程在校内为ACCA专业大一学生第二学期讲授,是其他课程的基础。要求学生严格按照ACCA考试大纲要求学习,通过全球统一考试。
