Per HB 2053 and Section 1701.402 of the Occupations Code, subsection (m), this course is a requirement for an Intermediate or Advanced Proficiency Certificate on, or after, January 1, 2016. Upon successful completion of this online course, participants will be able to determine appropriate actions and needed information in response to an in incident involving a traumatic brain injury (TBI).This course meets Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) requirements Traumatic and Acquired Brain Injury Course #4066.
