ABOUT THE COURSE:
This course covers advanced concepts in Lean Construction. Building on the introductory module that covered basic concepts, this module covers concepts such as flow and variability as well as tools such as location-based methods. In addition, the relevance of lean concepts in Contracts and in the Design Phase are covered.
