- Understand basics of lean philosophy

Content and Schedule
This course offers a thorough overview of how lean methods and digital tools can reshape construction workflows. You will learn key approaches for increasing project efficiency, improving quality, and minimizing waste, while also discovering how digital solutions can support smoother, more transparent processes.
