Good Afternoon !!!

This is my third course from Swayam in a year. Second course in digital marketing through any platform( first digital marketing course I did from LinkedIn learning). I had subscribed two courses for Digital marking 1) Basic of digital marketing by CEC and 2) Digital Marketing by UGC.

When I checked the course details in the content segment I got very impressed that I would be learning so much but I had the doubt of understanding and practicality of the course module. I started the class with the option to join other course of Swayam (i.e. Basic of Digital Marketing) If i didn't like/understand the course. Through LinkedIn Learning I had the issue of practical understanding and retention of knowledge.

But Hats off to you, the way you conducted the lectures and test series it was very helpful to understand the subject-mater(SM).The most interesting and learning part was the activity section where we could actually use all our knowledge into the practicality. Although, I couldn't submit all the activity on time ;)

Here I would also like to share few pointers to improve the course:

1) After e-mail marketing and google ad words I felt we rushed to topics (like Facebook Marketing, Twitter Ads and LinkedIn Ads.)

2) Never covered LinkedIn for lead generation,integration of different digital marketing strategies.

3) Lack of Case studies - Strategy of Digital Marketing by Famous Brands, macro-micro factors affecting the Digital Marketing. ( In my interview to Google, they had given me a situation where a clothing e-tailer from Mumbai wants to establish business in Ahmadabad. How we can help him to establish business(Step by Step). Only good case studies or scenario basis activity may help to answer such Ques).

Overall I will give a big thumbs up to your effort, course module and practical approach.

PS. - I loved your teaching module so much that I recommended the course to my friends and opened other course (Basic of Digital Marketing) just to practice for test.

Hi Sir, I came to know about Swayam when I was just scrolling my FB. There I got FB page of NPTEL offering courses online for free during lockdown. I visited website n downloaded app on the spot in my mobile. Earlier I registered for organic farming. But then I came to know about Digital marketing starting from July2020. I registered for that. I was planning to do this course since long time and so I decided to get certified with Digital Marketing through Swayam. It is worth to visit Swayam website. Our lecturer Dr. Tejinderpal Singh explains very well. It is easily understood. All Video lectures are comfortable and easy to understand. Given references of additional readings are also worth. I recommended to many of my friends about swayam.

This indeed was one of the simplest and wonderfully explained course for Digital Marketing by Dr Tejinderpal Singh not only for beginners but also for the one who is very well versed with the subject. I thank Swayam for giving us such a Wonderful Learning Platform.

Each video is so designed that one's interest immediately gets generated towards Digital Marketing.

I thank Dr Tejinderpal Singh for his valuable training which allowed our students to understand the Digital Marketing concept better.

His knowledge about the subject is vast and his training imparting skill is excellent.

I am writing to provide feedback on the Digital Marketing Course that I recently completed through your platform. Overall, I found the course to be informative and valuable, and I appreciate the effort put into its design and delivery. However, there are a few areas where I believe improvements can be made to enhance the learning experience further.

First and foremost, I must commend the course instructors for their expertise and engaging teaching style. The content was well-structured and covered a wide range of digital marketing topics, including social media marketing, search engine optimization, content marketing, and analytics. The practical examples and case studies provided real-world context, making it easier to understand and apply the concepts learned.

The interactive nature of the course, including quizzes and assignments, allowed for active participation and reinforced the key points. However, I did encounter a few challenges throughout the course that I believe could be addressed. Firstly, some of the course materials, particularly the videos, were of inconsistent quality. In certain instances, the audio or video was unclear, which made it difficult to follow along. Improving the production quality of the course videos would greatly enhance the learning experience.

I am grateful for the opportunity to have taken the Digital Marketing Course on Swayam. The course content was comprehensive, the instructors were knowledgeable, and the interactive elements added value to the learning process. By addressing the aforementioned areas for improvement, I believe the course can be further enhanced to provide an even more enriching learning experience for future participants.

Digital marketing is one of the most important course in todays time as we know that everything is shifting online such as payments, shopping, food delivery so it has emerged as one of the most important course which everyone should learn if they have interest in this field. This course has the variety of parts in it as everything explained in this course is well taught to the students. People have different opportunities through this as they can learn and they may start their own business.
