The course will be focusing team on Leader, or manager will be able to apply decision theory models to comprehend how learnersand groups make choices while considering risk, uncertainty, and ethical considerations.

Syllabus

  • Describe key behavioural factors and explain their relevance to understanding organisations and people working in them
  • Discuss the theoretical perspectives relating to peoples’ behaviour in organisations.
  • Identify the implications of organisational change for groups and individuals.
  • Discuss the theory of consumer and buyer behaviour in business and recognise consumers perceptions in a real-life situation
  • Identify the appropriate theory in understanding the consumers tastes and preferences.
