Syllabus

  • Describe the concept of Inclusive Financial Integrity (IFI) and its importance and relate its key components (financial inclusion and financial Integrity) within the AML-CFT policy & accountability framework.
  • Explain the approaches to align IFI in existing processes (NFIS, ME, NRA) so that they support both financial inclusion and financial integrity.
  • Defend why a proportionate response is required and select appropriate methods to promote proportionate IFI for women, NPOs & FDPs.
  • Formulate regulatory and technical innovations in IFI and analyse ways to apply risk-based supervision and interagency coordination, while combatting ML-TF and ensuring access to finance.
