  • Illustrate the socio-economic and financial impact of crises/emergency situations on financial inclusion, particularly on vulnerable populations and segments.
  • Analyse the mitigation measures undertaken by financial regulators to manage economic disruptions to MSMEs caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Apply Digital Financial Services policies to overcome the challenges emerging from the COVID-19-related crisis.
  • Integrate gender perspective in crisis response and recovery policies relevant to financial inclusion.
  • Analyse the benefits of green economic response and recovery policies to crisis/ emergency situations and differentiate between related IGF policy actions.
