At the end of the course, the learner will be able to analyse different modes of business communication, identifying their strengths and weaknesses in various business contexts.
The learner will be able to evaluate various communication strategies employed in the business world, and determine their effectiveness based on the set business goals and objectives.
By the end of the course, the learner will be able to create an effective business communication plan, integrating various communication methods to meet the needs of diverse business environments.
