This course develops the ability to analyse project strategies, evaluate decisions amid risk and stakeholder constraints, create risk management strategies, and assess communication and team dynamics when preparing project management plans.

Syllabus

By the end of the course, learners will be able to analyse strategic plans for projects, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Learners will be able to evaluate decision-making processes in project environments, considering factors such as risk, stakeholder interests, and project constraints.
Learners will be capable of creating comprehensive risk management strategies, anticipating potential issues and devising appropriate solutions.
Learners will be able to analyse communication strategies in project management, recognising the importance of effective communication in achieving project goals.
Learners will be able to evaluate team dynamics, and the role of teamwork in successful project completion.
By the end of the course, learners will be able to create comprehensive project management plans, integrating knowledge of strategic planning, decision making, and risk management.
