As the course progresses, learners focus on stakeholder engagement strategies, including stakeholder identification, analysis, engagement planning, expectation management, and monitoring. Procurement modules introduce procurement planning, contract types, agreements, conducting procurement, and procurement control practices. Advanced modules develop risk management capabilities through risk identification, Risk Breakdown Structures, qualitative analysis, impact assessment, sensitivity analysis, quantitative techniques, response planning, and risk monitoring. Learners will also explore communication management, including verbal and non-verbal communication, conflict handling, information distribution, and communication control. The course concludes with resource management and team development, covering reporting structures, staffing plans, WBS links, resource estimation, team acquisition, motivation theory, and performance improvement tools.   • Foundations of Project Management
    • This module introduces the core foundations of project management, including what defines a project, how projects differ from operations, and how projects align within programs and portfolios. Learners also explore the role of the PMO, organizational structures, process groups, and knowledge areas to build a strong PMP-ready framework.
  • Project Environment and Constraints
    • This module explains how internal and external project environments shape decision-making through Organizational Process Assets (OPA) and Enterprise Environmental Factors (EEF). Learners also examine key project constraints and gain a foundational understanding of stakeholder identification and influence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Strategies
    • This module focuses on stakeholder management processes, from stakeholder identification and analysis to planning, managing, and monitoring engagement. Learners develop practical strategies to improve stakeholder communication, expectation management, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Procurement Management Essentials
    • This module introduces procurement management concepts, including high-level procurement processes, planning procurement activities, and understanding contract types. Learners also explore the difference between contracts and agreements and learn how to conduct procurement effectively.
  • Procurement Control and Risk Introduction
    • This module covers procurement control practices and introduces the fundamentals of project risk management. Learners understand how to monitor procurement performance and begin building a risk management mindset by defining risks, risk categories, and risk planning processes.
  • Risk Identification and Analysis
    • This module develops risk identification and analysis capabilities through practical tools such as Risk Breakdown Structures, qualitative assessments, and impact analysis. Learners also explore stakeholder-related risk insights and sensitivity analysis using Tornado Diagrams.
  • Advanced Risk Management Techniques
    • This module advances risk management by introducing quantitative risk analysis, risk response strategies, and execution monitoring. Learners apply response planning to both threats and opportunities, then track and control risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communication Management in Projects
    • This module focuses on project communication management, including verbal and non-verbal communication, communication planning, information distribution, conflict management, and communication monitoring. Learners gain practical communication skills to improve project coordination and stakeholder clarity.
  • Resource Management and Team Development
    • This module introduces project resource management concepts, including reporting structures, staffing plans, work breakdown structures, resource estimation, team acquisition, and team development. Learners also explore Herzberg’s motivation theory and practical tools for improving team performance.
