Additionally, we will cover Earned Value Management and how to apply forecasting techniques for effective cost management throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Quality Management

In this module, we will dive into Project Quality Management, focusing on understanding quality concepts and ensuring that project deliverables meet the required standards. You'll learn key data analysis techniques and tools for managing quality and enhancing project results. We also examine various approaches to quality control and continuous improvement.

Project Resource Management

Project Communications Management
