The Internal Evaluation Program (IEP) Introduction targets Top Management, Managers, and Supervisors to lay the groundwork for a thorough understanding of an Internal Evaluation and Audit Program for CFR Part 145 certificate holders. This course, designed per FAA AC 145-5, is the first of three courses designed to explain the role of management in the IEP. Participation by Repair Station Officers, Managers, and Supervisor in this course is invaluable in clarifying the differences between audits and evaluations, defining the systemic nature of the IEP, and how essential it is to your Repair Station. This introduction is a call to Top Management; with your support and buy-in, the IEP will be successful. To those who understand the IEP and its value, this is the first of 3 Steps.
