Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation is essential first aid for drowning, electrocution, heart attacks, and other accidents. This course is a quick review of the essential steps to HANDS ONLY CPR. Students will understand how to perform Hands-Only CPR in a simple video format. The 5 important steps of Asking "Are you OK?", checking for breathing, calling 911, if not breathing doing chest compressions, and not stopping till emergency assistance arrives or a portable defibrillator is available are presented. Students will be able to perform Hands-Only CPR following these steps.
