In AI-Powered Business Communication, you’ll use generative AI as a practical writing partner to move from blank page to polished draft. This is a skills-first, job-task–based course that mirrors real descriptions for roles like Marketing Coordinator, Content Specialist, Sales or Customer Success Associate, Business Analyst, and Communications Specialist. You’ll begin with a quick check of your current skills, then personalize your path so you can go deep where you need practice and skip what you already know. For each skill, you’ll complete hands-on tasks from the workplace: ideating angles, drafting customer updates, writing sales emails, polishing marketing posts, and adding clear narratives to BI reports. When a topic is new, you’ll tap curated lessons from expert instructors across tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot, selected for clarity and impact. You’ll also master advanced prompt engineering and quality control: structuring multi-step prompts to shape tone, voice, and format, and reviewing AI outputs for accuracy, bias, and appropriateness before publishing.
