  • Module 2: Best Practices and Intervention Strategies
    • This module focuses on equipping managers with the essential skills and strategies to navigate various workplace harassment scenarios effectively. It covers the importance of accurate documentation, how to respond to complaints with empathy and clarity, methods for evaluating credibility while avoiding bias, and intervention techniques for addressing inappropriate behavior. Additionally, it addresses the complexities of handling informal complaints, remote team considerations, and the crucial process of follow-up and reintegration after a complaint has been resolved.
  • Module 3: Final Assessment and Conclusion
    • This final module provides learners with the opportunity to demonstrate their understanding of the course material through a comprehensive assessment. The assessment is designed to evaluate the knowledge acquired throughout the course, ensuring alignment with the defined learning objectives. Upon successful completion, learners will receive a certificate of achievement.
