Module 3 | What Makes an Effective Team Leader
- Welcome to Module 3, where we explore the “invisible” 80% of leadership that no one sees, but every team member feels. You’ll pull back the curtain on the leadership "iceberg," mastering how to navigate cognitive biases, power, and influence to drive team success.
