  • Workforce Planning and Strategic Recruitment Foundations
    • Strong hiring starts with planning, not reaction. In this module, you’ll explore how to anticipate workforce needs, define roles clearly, and make informed recruitment decisions. You’ll examine workforce planning, job documentation, recruitment channels, and inclusive strategies. By the end, you’ll be able to align hiring efforts with organizational goals and approach talent acquisition more strategically and consistently.
  • Sourcing, Employer Branding, and Recruitment Technology
    • Attracting the right candidates requires more than posting jobs—it requires intentional sourcing, strong employer branding, and smart use of technology. In this module, you’ll explore how organizations shape candidate perceptions, identify and engage talent, and evaluate recruitment effectiveness. You’ll examine sourcing methods, digital tools, and key metrics. By the end, you’ll be able to make more informed, data-driven recruitment decisions.
  • Advanced Sourcing Strategies and Pipeline Optimization
    • Filling hard-to-fill roles requires more targeted and proactive sourcing approaches. In this module, you’ll explore how to develop sourcing plans, use social media to build talent pipelines, and apply inclusive tactics to expand access to qualified candidates. You’ll also examine how to measure sourcing effectiveness. By the end, you’ll be able to design and refine sourcing efforts based on data and market realities.
  • Applying Talent Acquisition Strategy in Practice
    • Now it’s time to bring everything together. In this final module, you’ll apply workforce planning, sourcing, branding, and recruitment strategies to real hiring scenarios. You’ll evaluate trade-offs, select appropriate approaches, and use data to guide decisions. By the end, you’ll be able to approach talent acquisition as a connected system and make informed, strategic choices in complex hiring situations.
