  • Selection Techniques & Evaluation Methods
    • This module focuses on selection tools and techniques, including testing methods and interviews, to ensure effective candidate evaluation and decision-making.
  • Final Selection, Onboarding & Challenges
    • This module covers final hiring decisions, reference checks, offer management, onboarding processes, and common challenges in selection and orientation.
