- In this module, you will learn how to use storytelling to make your professional journey clearer, more coherent, and more memorable. You will discover how storytelling connects your experiences, choices, professional profile, and value proposition into a narrative that others can understand, remember, and trust. You will also explore the key principles of effective professional storytelling, recognize common pitfalls that weaken credibility and clarity, and learn how to avoid them. Finally, you will discover how Generative AI can help identify patterns across your experiences, test narrative coherence, and refine your professional story while preserving authenticity, professional judgment, and alignment with your personal brand.
AI-Powered Written Professional Communication
- In this module, you will learn how to write professional communications with greater clarity and purpose, adapt your messages to different audiences, and use Generative AI to support the drafting, review, and improvement of written communication. You will discover how to structure messages around clear objectives, focus on what readers need to know, and ensure that your communications lead to meaningful action.
AI-Powered Oral Professional Communication
