- Examine the fourth principle of leadership: Playbook. Discover how codifying repeatable playbooks leads to organizational alignment and scalable execution. Learn to define your critical few priorities (three to six), establish continuous learning frameworks like Customer-Driven Innovation (CDI) and Design for Delight (D4D), and effectively allocate finite resources using Horizon Management.

- Delve into the final principle: Pay It Forward. Discover how leaders leave their teams and organizations better than they found them.
