  • Business Analysis Framework
    • In this course, you will explore business analysis. You will start by understanding what business analysis is and why it is important. You will learn about the business analyst, the person responsible for this role, and the skills required. You will then discover how to plan business analysis activities and understand the business analysis lifecycle. A key task for you as a business analyst is to elicit requirements from stakeholders. You will define requirements, their format, and the different types of requirements. You will learn how to tailor business analysis to both predictive and adaptive approaches. The course will introduce you to the concept of the roadmap, which outlines the product timeline and strategy, and how it is applied to adaptive approaches. Finally, you will delve into the business analysis knowledge areas and the tools and techniques used in each area.
