Learn to build coordinated, adaptable chronic-pain programs that connect safety decisions, education, optional manual therapy, movement, graded activity, pacing, and meaningful participation. This course begins with the decision to proceed, pause, refer, or activate emergency support before any intervention is selected. It then places hands-on care within a modern pain framework, examining sensitivity, pressure, trigger-point uncertainty, and the difference between temporary relief and structural correction.
You will learn to use symptom change as an opportunity to support active care rather than dependence. Lessons address movement, exercise, graded activity, pacing, flare-up decisions, and regional application through low-back and neck-pain cases. The final stage brings these elements together in a long-term program with meaningful goals, baseline measures, dosage, response rules, review points, collaboration, transfer targets, and exit criteria.
By the end of the course, you will be able to design and audit a chronic-pain program that remains person-centered, proportionate, evidence-informed, and within professional scope.
