  • Module 2 - Creating a Project Schedule
    • In this module, we will focus on creating a project schedule using Microsoft Project. You’ll learn to navigate the planning software, understand the project lifecycle, and explore levels of resource planning. By the end, you will be able to construct a well-organized project schedule.
  • Module 3 - Navigation and Setting the Options
    • In this module, we will explore the navigation features and customization options in Microsoft Project. You’ll gain insights into views like the Gantt Chart and Resource Sheet, learn shortcut keys, and configure your workspace for a seamless project management experience.
  • Module 4 - Creating Projects and Templates
    • In this module, we will learn to create projects and templates. You’ll acquire skills to start new projects, set up project properties, and utilize templates effectively. This module equips you to standardize project structures and replicate them across future endeavors.
  • Module 5 - Defining Calendars
