  • Acting Like a Designer – The Design Thinking Process in Application

Learners will gain insights into how to observe, test, and refine solutions through iterative processes, while also understanding the role of discovery skills and AI in innovation.
  • Working the Problem Space – Up and Down the Mountain
    • This module explores techniques for understanding user needs and behaviors through various observation and questioning methods, including Business Ethnography, Empathy Interviews, and Five Whys. Learners will gain skills in forming hypotheses, designing experiments, and gathering insights to inform design decisions. The content emphasizes both qualitative and contextual research approaches to enhance problem-solving in real-world scenarios.
  • Intermission
    • This module explores the process of defining a Point of View (PoV) and establishing Design Principles using collaborative design methods. Learners will gain practical skills in applying tools like Point of View Madlibs, Want Ads, and Design The Box to refine their problem understanding and solution approach. The module emphasizes both creative and analytical strategies to develop clear, actionable design strategies.
  • Working the Solution Space – Up and Down the Next Mountain
    • This module guides learners through the process of exploring and refining solution concepts using a variety of design methods, including ideation, experimentation, and validation. It emphasizes the importance of empathy, collaboration, and iterative testing to develop impactful solutions. Learners will gain practical skills in applying design thinking techniques to real-world challenges.
  • Design Thinking's Final Act (So Far) – Our New Solution
    • This module delves into the process of defining and refining a unique value proposition, focusing on how businesses can align their solutions with customer needs. Learners will explore the practical application of the Value Proposition Canvas and examine how Intensifi developed its innovative solution. The module emphasizes the importance of creating a clear and impactful value proposition that supports business success.
