Syllabus

Crystal – Agile Frameworks

In this module, we will introduce the Crystal family of Agile methodologies, focusing on flexibility and team-centered approaches. Learners will explore roles, core properties, strategies, and techniques that guide effective project execution. The module also covers project lifecycles and includes a quiz to assess mastery of Crystal principles.

Smaller Agile & Scaling Agile Frameworks

In this module, we will explore smaller Agile frameworks and strategies for scaling Agile in larger environments. Learners will understand hybrid frameworks, multi-team coordination techniques, and scalable methodologies such as SAFe and LeSS. The module emphasizes practical application, framework selection, and alignment with organizational goals.

Agile & Executive Coaching

In this module, we will focus on Agile coaching for teams and executives, emphasizing strategies to enhance team performance and adoption of Agile practices. Learners will explore coaching techniques, feedback, mentoring, and motivation assessment. The module culminates in creating an ongoing coaching plan for real-world application.

Evolving the Organization and Change Management

In this module, we will explore how to lead Agile transformations at both team and organizational levels. Learners will learn to assess readiness, apply change models, and implement Agile-aligned processes. The module emphasizes coaching, organizational evolution, procurement, PMO alignment, and practical quizzes for reinforcement.

Agile Key Concepts & Review

In this module, we will review and consolidate key Agile concepts, including planning, estimation, backlog management, collaboration tools, and metrics. Learners will practice applying Agile techniques to real-world scenarios and use metrics for continuous improvement. The module ensures a deep understanding of Agile fundamentals and advanced practices.

Conclusion
