  • A Real Agile Project Example – Matched to the ACP Exam Content Outline
    • In this module, we will immerse learners in a hands-on Agile project aligned with the PMI-ACP® Exam Content Outline. We will explore every phase of a project, from kick-off and team formation to defining metrics, managing risks, and delivering incremental value. Learners will also gain insights into practical collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership strategies that drive Agile project success.
  • The Agile Frameworks Review – History, Lean & Scrum
    • In this module, we will review the origins, evolution, and foundational concepts of Agile frameworks. Learners will explore Lean principles, the Toyota Production System, and Scrum structures, roles, events, and artifacts. The module culminates in a quiz to reinforce understanding and practical application of Agile frameworks.
  • eXtreme Programming
    • In this module, we will introduce Extreme Programming (XP), emphasizing technical excellence and customer satisfaction. Learners will explore XP values, principles, roles, and core practices, applying them to real-world software projects. The module also covers lifecycle management, risk handling, planning strategies, and XP-based collaboration techniques to ensure high-quality, value-driven delivery.
  • Kanban
    • In this module, we will explore Kanban as a Lean framework for managing and visualizing workflow. Learners will understand how to optimize team performance using WIP limits, the Theory of Constraints, and key metrics. The module also covers implementation, scaling, improvement opportunities, and related frameworks to drive continuous process optimization.
  • Feature Driven Development (FDD) – Agile Frameworks
    • In this module, we will introduce Feature Driven Development (FDD), a structured Agile framework focused on delivering client-valued features. Learners will explore FDD processes from planning and design to building and testing features, along with managing work packages and technical architecture. The module emphasizes measurable progress, quality assurance, and practical application through quizzes and hands-on learning.
