Master project planning, execution, monitoring, and control using practical project management techniques aligned with real-world business needs. This course provides job-ready skills in team management, quality planning, cost control, Earned Value Management, scheduling, scope management, change control, and project closure. The course begins with building high-performance project teams, helping learners understand team management, conflict resolution, motivation, resource optimization, and foundational quality management concepts. Learners will develop the people-management skills needed to support project success. As the course progresses, learners explore quality planning, assurance, and control, followed by cost estimation, reserve analysis, budgeting, and financial control techniques. The course then introduces Earned Value Management as a powerful method for tracking project performance, forecasting outcomes, and making data-driven decisions. Advanced modules focus on schedule development, activity sequencing, duration estimation, critical path analysis, schedule optimization, project monitoring, and schedule control. Learners will understand how to analyze project data, identify delays, and apply corrective actions. The course also covers scope definition, Work Breakdown Structure creation, scope validation, baseline control, project execution, integrated change control, knowledge management, and project closure. What makes this course unique is its end-to-end, application-focused approach that combines team leadership, quality, cost, schedule, scope, EVM, and closure into one complete project control framework. By the end of the course, learners will be able to confidently plan, monitor, control, and close projects while improving delivery outcomes and organizational performance.
