    • In this module, you’ll learn to turn sales data into persuasive stories tailored to B2B and B2C audiences. You’ll explore how to adapt narratives for different stakeholders, use CRM tools to analyze customer behavior and market trends, and avoid common interpretation errors. Through hands-on activities, real-world examples, and practice quizzes, you’ll build the skills to create impactful data stories that drive engagement and influence sales outcomes.
  • Visualizing, Presenting, and Applying Data Storytelling in Sales
