Syllabus

  • Understand Your Behaviors
    • Most leadership challenges don't start with your team — they start with you, and the patterns, beliefs, and blind spots you carry into every interaction. In this module, you'll build the self-awareness and resilience needed to recognize what's holding you back, face your fears, and show up as a more approachable, trustworthy leader from the inside out.
  • Take Emotional Responsibility
    • When conflict hits and emotions run high, most leaders look outward for answers — but lasting trust and resilience are built from within. In this module, you'll apply practical strategies for taking emotional responsibility, reframing conflict as a catalyst for growth, and cultivating the self-compassion that makes you a leader others genuinely trust.
  • Empower Your People
    • Empowering others isn't about having all the answers — it's about creating the conditions where your team can find their own. In this module, you'll apply strategies for intentional listening, meaningful acknowledgment, and neutral observation that build trust, deepen relationships, and help every person on your team step into their full potential.
  • Influence With Authority
    • The most influential leaders don't give people answers — they ask the right questions and trust their team to find their own way forward. In this module, you'll apply curiosity-based guidance, open-ended questioning, and solution-focused techniques that build independent thinkers, strengthen your team's confidence, and establish you as a modern leader who influences with genuine authority.
