In this module, you'll apply the Cultural Competence Model to identify and shift your own biases and leadership behaviors, and gain practical strategies to ensure every team member can prepare, contribute, and be heard.
  • Five Key Questions for Inclusive Leadership
    • You already know how to lead, and this module gives you five questions that make your leadership more equitable, intentional, and accountable every single day. In this module, you'll apply a concrete framework for building identity-aware relationships, creating psychological safety for every team member, investing equally in everyone's growth, and holding yourself to the standards inclusive leadership requires.
  • Conclusion
    • Growing as a leader requires consistent effort. Now that you've completed this course, you're ready to elevate all members of your team, leading to collective success, growth, and innovation.
