  • Computer Hardware & Mobile Device Fundamentals
    • This module builds foundational knowledge of computer hardware architecture and mobile device components essential for entry-level IT support roles. Learners explore motherboard structure, expansion slots, storage interfaces, BIOS functionality, and peripheral connectivity. The module also covers laptop hardware architecture, battery technologies, memory configurations, and mobile device components. Emphasis is placed on understanding how hardware elements interact within desktop and laptop systems, preparing learners to identify, compare, and troubleshoot core hardware components aligned with industry certification standards.
  • Networking & Wireless Technologies
    • This module introduces core networking principles, communication models, and wireless technologies required for foundational IT networking competencies. Learners explore LAN, MAN, and WAN classifications, OSI layers, IP addressing schemes, WAN technologies, and key networking protocols. The module further examines wireless standards, radio frequency communication, SSID configuration, and technologies such as NFC, Bluetooth, and RFID. Practical understanding of addressing systems and network device roles enables learners to interpret, configure, and troubleshoot basic network environments in enterprise and small office settings.
  • Virtualization, Cloud Computing & Troubleshooting
    • This module develops competency in virtualization technologies, cloud computing service models, and systematic hardware troubleshooting methodologies.
