Unlock AI with Copilot
- In this module, you will build a foundational understanding of generative AI and Microsoft Copilot. You will recognize what generative AI is and what it can and cannot do, explain how Copilot uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to enhance productivity, and define Copilot’s capabilities across the Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystems.

- In this module, you will learn how to access, navigate, and integrate Microsoft Copilot into your daily workflow. You will access and navigate the Copilot platform, integrate it with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365, demonstrate its basic use for common tasks across Microsoft applications, and use advanced Copilot 365 features to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
Engineer your prompts to get the most out of Microsoft Copilot
- In this module, you will explore prompt engineering and its role in communicating effectively with generative AI. You will describe prompt engineering, identify how prompt inputs influence Copilot’s results, and demonstrate how to craft and refine prompts to generate useful responses while working with Microsoft 365. You will also recognize how to leverage Microsoft Copilot integration to get more from your interactions with the tool.
