Learners will understand team dynamics through proven frameworks like the Lencioni and GRPI models, applying these principles to build foundational values and trust. The curriculum delves deeply into leading and managing organizational change, examining how to intentionally cultivate an environment rooted in belonging, purpose, and psychological safety. The course also examines the operational talent systems and processes necessary for sustained success, from defining role clarity to executing best practices in recruitment and managing the complete lifecycle of onboarding. Finally, learners will explore internal talent identification and development, mastering training needs analysis, elite sport succession planning, and implementing academy-style development models for organizational excellence. By completing this course learners will be equipped to intentionally design and lead high-performing structures, aligning team culture and systematic talent growth to drive long-term success in the football industry.
