Bring your English into conversations about interests, influence, and ideas that shape the world around you. In the recreation module, you will expand vocabulary for leisure and recreational activities while practicing gerunds and infinitives after verbs and prepositions. You will discuss your favorite hobbies, describe popular activities in your country, and strengthen listening and speaking through video discussions and related tasks. In the famous people module, you will learn vocabulary related to fame, industries, and inventions while refining your use of active and passive voice. Through readings, discussions, and writing, you will examine famous individuals and their contributions, describe a person you admire, and explain why important inventions matter. By the end, you can talk about recreation, people, and inventions with more variety and stronger grammatical control.

Syllabus

  • Recreation
    • In this module, you will explore the theme of recreation and leisure activities, further developing your English grammar and vocabulary. You will learn new terms to describe various recreational pursuits and master the use of gerunds and infinitives in different contexts. Through engaging activities, you will discuss your favorite hobbies and popular recreational activities in your country.
  • Famous People
    • This module introduces you to the topic of famous people and their impact, while refining your understanding of active and passive voice. You will learn vocabulary related to fame, industry, and inventions. Through readings, videos, and writing assignments, you will practice describing famous individuals and significant inventions, applying both active and passive sentence structures.
