  • E-Commerce Practices
    • This module delves into the practical aspects of running a successful e-commerce business. This module focuses on optimizing the online store to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. You will explore strategies for creating compelling product listings that attract and convert shoppers. You’ll identify the importance of customer reviews and effective strategies for generating and leveraging positive feedback to build trust. The module also examines how to enhance the user experience and improve conversion rates by focusing on website navigation, checkout processes, and the strategic use of product recommendations. Finally, you will learn how to leverage e-commerce analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), understand customer behavior, track product performance, and use data to optimize user experience and drive sales.
