This course introduces data-driven community management, teaching you how to measure community performance, interpret insights, and make informed decisions that improve engagement and alignment with organizational goals.   • Community Analytics Foundations
    • In this module, you'll discover how to measure what matters in your community. You will identify how to set meaningful benchmarks and goals, choose the right KPIs, configure tools from Meta, and turn your data into actionable insights.
  • Data Analysis for Community Insights
    • In this module, you'll analyze both quantitative and qualitative insights. You'll identify how to spot patterns in engagement, benchmark your community against competitors, and understand what the numbers are really telling you.
  • Content Optimization and Feedback Integration
    • In this module, you'll discover how to use analytics and member feedback to continuously improve your content and community strategy. You'll examine sentiment analysis, A/B testing, and how to interpret what your members are telling you, both directly and through their behavior.
  • AI-Powered Analytics and Personalization
    • In this module, you'll discover how AI tools can take your community analytics to the next level. You'll explore predictive modeling to forecast engagement, leverage AI-driven insights to personalize the member experience, and evaluate the real impact of AI-assisted decisions.
