This course will be useful to anyone who knows how to create basic reports in Crystal Reports, but who wants to build more complex reports to maximize the insights that can be gleaned from data. You'll start by creating running totals that help to summarize data. Then you'll create and format cross-tab reports, which will help you organize and analyze complex report data more easily. This is the first course in a multi-course Specialization. All of the courses in this Specialization require that you have SAP Crystal Reports 2020 installed. You also need to have an installation of Office 2019 apps or later, particularly Access. The course setup instructions provided in the first module of this course go into more detail about the hardware and software requirements.

  • Working with Cross-Tabs
    • You created running totals to summarize data in your reports. Now, you want to summarize data based on multiple criteria.
  • Completing the Course
    • You'll wrap things up and then validate what you've learned in this course by taking an assessment.
