Syllabus

  • Foundations of Cross-Cultural Communication
    • This module introduces the core principles of communication in multicultural hospitality environments. Learners explore how culture shapes communication styles, develop active listening and empathy skills, and learn to recognise and overcome common communication barriers in diverse workplaces.
  • Applying Cultural Awareness in Hospitality Practice
    • This module focuses on applying cultural awareness in real hospitality settings. Learners build practical strategies for working in multicultural teams, communicating with global guests, using digital tools respectfully, managing cultural misunderstandings, and developing a personal plan for ongoing cultural intelligence.
