    • Lasting change doesn't happen by accident; it starts with clarity on what you want, why it matters, and how change actually works. In this module, you'll pinpoint the behavior you want to shift, build a compelling case for change, and apply brain science to navigate obstacles so you can move forward with intention.
  • What's Driving You
    • Behaviors are only the tip of the iceberg; the thoughts, beliefs, and emotions underneath are what really drive your actions. In this module, you'll surface the hidden drivers behind your habits and build the emotional stamina to push through discomfort without giving up.
  • Making Change Happen
    • Big changes get built through small, repeatable actions and intentional responses to the cues that set you off. In this module, you'll shrink your goal into doable steps, spot the triggers behind your habits, and reframe the thoughts that keep old patterns running.
  • Establishing the Habits
    • New behaviors stick when you reinforce them with the right body language, rewards, and self-talk along the way. In this module, you'll apply tools to make habits feel natural, measure your progress honestly, and respond to setbacks in ways that keep you moving forward.
