This introductory course provides a comprehensive overview of Copilot for Sales, Microsoft's AI-powered sales assistant.   • Introduction to Copilot for Sales
    • In this module, you’ll get hands-on with Microsoft Copilot for Sales and see how it fits into a seller’s day-to-day workflow. You’ll learn how to get started and set up Copilot, then explore practical use cases like drafting sales emails, capturing and summarizing meeting notes in Teams, and pulling contextual insights from Dynamics 365. You’ll also see how Copilot can support proposal creation (in Excel) and improve collaboration through summaries and Planner task support, plus build your prompting skills.
  • Enhancing Sales Communication and Efficiency With Copilot
    • Discover how Microsoft Copilot can help transform the way sales professionals communicate, collaborate, and engage with customers throughout the sales journey. In this module, you’ll explore how Copilot’s AI-powered capabilities can support stronger customer relationships through personalized communication, effective objection handling, and streamlined meeting management. You’ll also learn how to use Copilot to prepare for meetings, capture key discussion points, automate follow-up activities, and craft engaging customer emails that drive meaningful results. By the end of this module, you will be able to apply Copilot tools to improve sales efficiency, enhance customer interactions, and support more effective sales outcomes.
  • Leveraging Copilot for Sales Enablement and Growth
    • Explore how Microsoft Copilot can support sales enablement and drive business growth through AI-powered insights and content creation. In this module, you’ll examine real-world applications of AI in sales, identify emerging trends shaping the future of sales enablement, and learn how to develop a strategic approach to Copilot adoption. You’ll also discover how to integrate Copilot with your organization’s knowledge base for quick access to relevant sales information and resources, while leveraging AI-powered tools to create impactful sales collateral such as presentations, proposals, and brochures.
