Syllabus

  • Module 1: Ethics, Integrity, and Everyday Conduct
    • In this module, you will learn how ethics and integrity shape everyday workplace behavior. You will explore how values guide actions, how to differentiate compliance from conduct, and how to apply sound judgment in daily decision-making.
  • Module 2: Respect, Inclusion, and Psychological Safety
    • In this module, you will learn how respectful behavior and inclusion contribute to a positive and psychologically safe work environment. You will understand the impact of harassment, discrimination, and bullying, and explore practical ways to build trust and belonging.
  • Module 3: Ethical Risks: Conflicts of Interest, Bribery, and Responsible Asset Usage
    • In this module, you will learn how to identify ethical risks involving conflicts of interest, bribery, and misuse of company property. You will explore practical examples involving gifts, data, and technology use, helping you understand how to protect organizational integrity.
  • Module 4: Upholding Professionalism in Public Spaces, Online Presence, and Speaking Up
    • In this module, you will learn how your behavior in public settings, online spaces, and social media represents the organization. You will also learn how to speak up safely, report concerns, and understand the protections ensured through non-retaliation policies.
  • Module 5: Final Assessment and Wrap-Up
    • In this module, you will review the core principles of the Code of Conduct, including professionalism, respectful behavior, ethical choices, and responsible workplace interactions. The module concludes with a final assessment to help you check your understanding and reinforce key insights, enabling you to apply the Code of Conduct confidently and consistently in real workplace situations.
