Examples may include AWS AI-powered tools and services, where relevant to customer use-cases. Through structured scenarios, you will observe how sales representatives align AWS services to customer needs and explain recommendations using business-focused language. By the end of the module, you will understand how to interpret customer requirements and position AWS services in a way that supports discovery conversations and initial solution alignment.
