Delivering enterprise AI solutions at scale requires more than strong architecture. It demands effective platform planning, application design, and lifecycle management. This course builds the architectural decision making skills to design enterprise AI solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Foundry.
You’ll design Copilot configurations and business term customizations for Dynamics 365 customer experience, service, sales, finance, and supply chain; architect Contact Center integrations and cross channel workflows; evaluate AI capabilities for finance and supply chain scenarios; design Power Apps with embedded Copilot Studio agents and AI Hub components using the Power Platform Well Architected Framework; and design ALM strategies for Copilot Studio, Foundry agents, and custom AI models, including source control, environment promotion, CI/CD, and drift detection.
By course end, you’ll be able to design production ready AI solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform and recommend lifecycle management strategies from development through production.
