    • You will evaluate advertising performance using data trends and ROI indicators. You’ll recommend budget reallocations that improve efficiency and maximize marketing impact.
  • Project: AI-Driven Marketing Strategy & Competitive Execution Plan 
    • In this project, you will design an AI-informed marketing strategy and execution plan that integrates customer journey analysis, competitive positioning, project planning, and budget optimization. You will analyze market signals, define strategic priorities, plan execution timelines and budgets, and justify decisions using AI-assisted insights and professional judgment. This project simulates a real-world strategic planning assignment commonly owned by marketing managers, growth leads, or consultants. The final deliverable is a leadership-ready strategy artifact that demonstrates your ability to move from insight to execution while balancing ambition, constraints, and accountability. This project focuses on strategic planning and decision-making, not content creation or campaign execution. You are not expected to produce ads, SEO content, prompts, or keywords. Instead, you will demonstrate how execution knowledge informs strategy, prioritization, and trade-offs.
