AI for Communication, Marketing, Customer, and Frontend Sales Roles

This module is the first of two role-specific deep dives. It focuses on professionals whose work centers on communication, content, customer experience, and direct selling. Learners will develop concrete, reusable AI workflows for writing, campaigns, visuals and pitch decks, customer support, and frontline sales conversations.

AI for Operations, Finance, and People Operations
