Syllabus

  • AI Foundations for Non-Technical Professionals
    • This module establishes a working mental model of generative AI without any coding. Learners will understand what large language models actually do, why they sometimes get things wrong, and how to choose the right AI tool for the right task. By the end of this module, learners will be able to talk about AI fluently with technical and non-technical colleagues alike.
  • Practical AI Tools: Mastering ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, and Gemini
    • This module turns learners into capable everyday users of the four dominant AI assistants. The focus is on practical prompting, document and spreadsheet integration, long-form writing with Claude, and reusable templates that can be applied to any role. Hands-on practice runs through every video.
  • AI for Communication, Marketing, Customer, and Frontend Sales Roles
    • This module is the first of two role-specific deep dives. It focuses on professionals whose work centers on communication, content, customer experience, and direct selling. Learners will develop concrete, reusable AI workflows for writing, campaigns, visuals and pitch decks, customer support, and frontline sales conversations.
  • AI for Operations, Finance, and People Operations
    • This module covers the back-office disciplines where AI generates the highest measurable productivity gains. Learners will use AI tools to automate reports, handle basic financial analysis, build talent pipelines, and design human resources workflows that scale without losing the human touch.
  • Leading AI Adoption: Risk, Ethics, and Strategy
    • This final module raises the perspective from individual user to team leader. Learners will understand the practical risks of AI in the workplace, how to use AI responsibly, and how to design adoption plans that work for real teams. The module ends with a forward-looking view on agentic AI and what is coming next.
