Finally, you’ll build AI-enabled pre-onboarding communication sequences and personalized onboarding plans, and apply an ROI and decision framework to justify AI adoption using meaningful recruiting metrics. By the end of the course, you will be able to design, present, and defend a complete AI-powered hiring pipeline that is faster, more consistent, and still firmly human-led. AI-Driven Offers, Onboarding, and Capstone
- Focus on the final hiring stages where precision and candidate experience matter. You'll use AI to draft offer letters, automate workflows, support new hires with chatbots, personalize onboarding plans, and design an AI-powered hiring pipeline as your capstone project.
